Financial Review/Assessment

SHS conducts financial audits at varying levels depending upon the nature of its engagement. These engagements include an array of arrangements including precontractual due diligence, financial monitoring, broad scope financial audits, and full scope financial audits. For purposes of general classification, SHS categorizes each of these engagements under the heading of financial audit.

A financial audit includes a study of the accounting system and a gathering of evidence both from within the business and from outside sources. This evidence is used to assess the fairness and reliability of the financial statements.
