A regulatory compliance assessment may include a review or audit of an array of services, functions, or responsibilities retained by or delegated to one entity from another through a contractual (regulatory or non-regulatory) arrangement.

Services performed under this category may be very narrowly defined, such as claims timeliness, or may include a broader scope of services including all covered sections of a delegated or non-delegated services agreement.
